Step 5 of the loop: confirm, deliver, loop back. Deliver twice — the button here for now, the email for keeps — because the delivery email is the first touch of the nurture sequence and trains the inbox habit. Navigation is deliberately back: the capture is done, so the exits become the point.

[Cluster article]

[Excerpt — the first lines, pulled automatically]
The loop-back, in the loop’s own words: readers can circle again, or move forward, at their pace. Three articles from the same cluster as the magnet — never recent-posts — so circling deepens the topic that captured them.

[Action] + [Offer]
For the reader ready to skip the nurture: one step up the ladder — the offer page, a booking, the community — whichever the magnet naturally leads to. One forward path, never a menu. No capture here: they are already captured.

Rules

Deliver twice: the button gives it now, the email gives it for keeps — and the delivery email is the first touch of the magnet’s named sequence, so naming the sending address here trains the inbox to expect it. Navigation returns on this page by design — the landing page removed every exit to win the capture; this page restores them all because onward movement is now the goal. Always noindex, and the conversion event fires on this page’s view — that is what makes conversions countable. The share chips point at the landing page, never at this page: the shared link must land new readers at the form, not past it.

The loop-back

Formats
H2 · While it lands: more on [the magnet’s topic]
Cards · the site card format ×3, from the magnet’s cluster
Rule

The loop-back is deliberate: readers can circle again, or move forward, at their pace. The three cards come from the same keyword cluster as the magnet — circling deepens the topic that captured them, and each article carries its own captures, so the loop can run again from inside the site.

Thank You · Section 03 · optional

Move forward

Rule

The upsell moment, used gently: one next commitment for the reader who doesn’t need nurturing — the offer page the magnet leads to, a booking, or the community. One path, never a menu, and never another capture: they are already in the CRM, so a second form here is friction with no prize. If the magnet has no natural next step yet, drop the section — the loop-back above is enough.

Header, nav & tagline

Navigation

Five to seven items. About and Community open dropdowns. Community’s Resource Library, Guides and Events are sections of the Community page — the dropdown jumps straight to them — and show only when the client has that content. Hiring and shop live on external platforms (ATS, storefront) linked from the footer. Lower-intent links go to the footer, not the bar.

Logo & tagline

Logo top-left with the enduring tagline beneath it. The tagline is never the H1 — the H1 is page-specific, the tagline is not.

CTA colour

One colour, used only on CTA buttons so it always signals "action". It must contrast strongly with the page and stand out — ideally a colour used nowhere else on the site. Warm, high-contrast hues (orange, green, a confident blue) tend to convert best, but the exact hue matters less than that it pops, stays consistent, and passes contrast for legibility.

Optional add-ons

Switched on by the client's model, not shown in the bar by default:

ShopEcommerce only
Find a ServiceNational providers — a CTA, or a nav dropdown when multi-location
Work With UsService providers — usually a CTA

Footer

The forms — a site-wide rule

Every form on the site — the newsletter here, every magnet download, the contact form, the community join — is the Brandi platform’s CRM capture form, embedded and styled to the design system. Every submission lands in the CRM tagged with its source and enters its named sequence. Never a mailto link, never a third-party form.

Address & local search

Consistent name, address and phone across the web is what local search scores. When a brand won't publish a street address, the footer carries city or region only, and the full details live on the Contact page with local business schema and a Google Business Profile. The signal is kept; the street address is not forced into the footer.

Sensitive fields

In care, health or youth sectors, a care or crisis resource in the footer is required, not optional.
